Name of the national typed mistakenly

I am a resident of gajuwaka of district visakhapatnam andhra pradesh my ration card number wap038331700336 of FP shop 317 .

.My complaint is that my wife's name is wrongly writen in the card B sundaramma instead of B suridu ..

please let me know the procedure to change the name ..
