SBI, Kolkata HO has confirmed over phone that they sent my Cheque Book by Speed Post on 08.04.2011. Speed Post No. EW723345349IN which was posted at Kolkata GPO on 08.04.2011. Till date I have not received my cheque book from the local post office. Speed Post service of GPO Kolkata is not satisfactory at all. I am unable to make transactions by cheque.
