Play Ground turned dump yard

Dear Sir

I am a resident of Jawahar Nagar, chikadapally, secunderabad. We stay behind Jawahar Nagar community hall. Its been many months the garbage isn't picked up, there is a big bin around which there is a lot of waste. Every time the van comes and takes away the filled bin but the waste which is around it is not being taken care and moreover the municipal authorities have put a PLAY GROUND board where the bin and the waste is present. I also have the recent pictures of it. I hope this online complaint would provide a solution.
