Delay in passport

Dear Sir,

This is Harish Kumar who applied for the passport in July with file number H013253. Previously the online status was-no police report received. When I cleared it with police the next status was-“Please contact PRO/Superintendent on any working day except Wednesday between 10.00 a.m. and 12.30 p.m”. I met with PRO and clarify the documents two times once in last year November and once in August and still the status is ame and I am yet to receive my passport. I will higly appreciate if someone can help me to look into this matter.
