Corruption about Traffic Police

Hi... i am A S Sentthil Nathan from IBM. i work in IBM at Manyata outer ring road bangalore. i used to travel from Tin factory to Manyata daily. Every day i will carry all my documents while driving a Bike. My office time starts at 6.30 am to 3.30 pm. Near Hennur Cross... Police asked all the documents... i informed that By accident i missed DL and Insurance [i kept at Home].I am ready to pay the fine but they need only MONEY..They asked me 300 Rs..

it happened on 18/07 at 6.15 am... Can any one take action against them..
