I made the below transaction with florastand.com but the order was never delivered, even though the money has been charged on my debit card.
I tried calling the 2 numbers given on the website, but one number is always switched off and the other is never reachable.
I mailed them atleast thrice but haven't heard back even on one of the mails. In one of the mails i even told them that i will be complaining in the consumer complaints forum, still no use.
Please help me in this regard at the earliest and get my money refunded.
