No/Inadequate Water Supply

I Shajie, (resident of H.NO: 11-4 54, Chilkalguda, Secunderabad) receiving inadequate / no water supply for the past 3 months. Even after repeated complaints (both oral and written) the authorities at HMWS & SB, Seetaphalmandi Office are not responding. With almost no water supply I am paying the bill for the past 3 months. I request the authoriries to look into the matter and fix the problem. I would also request the authorities to take action against the irresponsible officers, especially Satish Kumar, JTO, Seetaphalmandi.
