Non supply of gas

Dear sir

My consumer no. is 603135, I have booked for supply of gas to lingaraj gas, khadagiri, Bhubaneswar on 07 December on inquiry I came to know that bill was prepared on 18 December. Since then each day over telephone, I am calling over telephone to Lingaraj gas but till date they have not supplied the gas My telephone no. is given below-9437165036/0674-2382188 for verification. In this process I have been harassed by the dealer. Therefore necessary action/steps may be taken failing which I will take shelter before the competant court of law.
