Dear Sir,

I am using HP Gas service, On 15.03. I have given application for extra Cylinder to Chinchwad office named "Amrapali" & Also apply for refilling the empty one on 25.03.2011.

The person to whom I have given application for extra cylinder, is physical handicap, He told me you will received it till month end, I told him till that time I will not in Pune, I will in Bangalore, So could you send it to home, He said, O.K. and same time the person will collect remaining documents, I said O.K.,

Then I prepared all document need to it, Now I am taking follow up for extra cylinder, the lady who is picking up phone specially today (05.04.2011) in talking arrogantly, She was telling me, you will get cylinder till 15.04. I asked why? because previous person told me within 15 days and how you said like that?

I also asked to her about refilling of empty cylinder, she said- it will come within 2-3 days, I asked Why? because previously I told her that, I am in Bangalore and my wife is alone in Chinchwad, My cylinder also emptying on Saturday (02.03.2011) That day she told, we will send it urgent on Tuesday.,

Today when I asked her name, She didn't tell me, She asked me why you want my name? and what will you do with my name? Then I told her to give that person to whom I met first time, that person spoke with me in good manner.
