Consumer no.072100244 no water supply since several years we get bills regularly as (meter not working)

i p.jyostna devi w/o p.rajkumar (FREEDOM FIGHTER) resident of 27.t.i.t /10-1-533 blocks west marredpally secunderabad consumer no 072100244 no water supply since many years still we get regularly bills as meter not working. we have paid all the bills, we have lodged complaints several times their was no response . kindly help us.
