Delay passport issue from NAME CORRECTION

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have applied for NAME CORRECTION in my passport on 18-10 on the name of ANKIT RAO TAKKALAPALY. I have still not received my passport and there is no status in the online portal aswell. Kindly look into the problem asap as i'm a student who is planning to pursue my higher education abroad.
