Delay in Passport dispatch

Dear sir,

I am Shravan Kumar Goud Akula has submitted for the renewal of my passport on November 03 from

E-Seva. Police enquiry has been finished in Jan but my passport has not yet been dispatched when I have checked the status on 1st week of February it is showing as 'due to certain circumstances your passport has not been dispatched and will be dispatched in a week time'.. and till today it is showing the same status on Feb 16th My transaction number is ' MCP002387552'

I request your kindself to look in to this matter at the earliest and kindly see that my passport is dispatched soon...
