Dear Sirs,

Could you help us to release my childrens passport from Hyderabad passport office.

I have applied to renew my childrens passport and application was submitted in January for the below listed childrens name :

1) Umaimah Asad - Application dated 03/01 - File No. HYD- C000093

2) Tahaullah Khan - Application dated 03/01 - File No. HYD-C000094

3) Uzmah Asad - Application dated 03/01 - File No. HYD-C0000095

4) Safya Asad - Application dated 04/01 - File No. HYD-C000221

5) Omairullah Khan - Application dated 04/01 - File No. HYD-C000222

6) Afifa Asad - Application dated 04/01 - File No. HYD-C000224

The message online shows every two weeks saying that quote "Passport has been granted is expected to be dispatched by 11/08 subject to all documents being in order" unquote.

The above message is every month updated by passport authorities or automated by the computer system till (8 months) eight months has been completed I have not received my childrens' passport.

I appeal the authorities to help me to get my childrens passport.
