Hello Sir,

I am staying in Multi-storied DDA Flat. Ours is third floor. The person stayin on 4th floor (Mr Sinha 45-B J & K Pocket, Dilshad Garden, New Delhi) has illegally constructed a room on the terrace.

I want to put a complaint on him regarding his illegal construction.

Please suggest.
