Unauthorized parkings outside Shipra Mall

I wouls like to complain about the illegal parking outside shipra mall in indirapuram ghaziabad. The parking is illegal and was removed sometime back but it has come up again. the whole road is blocked due to this and ther huge traffic jam because of it. Please help to remove the parking and punish the people involved. also i want to knw if there is a direct number where we can dial if we want to complian on the illegal parking.
