Pan card not received

Sir,

I have already obtain PAN card before marriage. But, now I want to change my name after marriage as per gazzattee that's why I applied at ITD center for correction in name, in first week of April. But, yet it is not received.

It shows as follows :-

PAN provided in your request for 'New PAN card and/or Change/ Correction in PAN Data' has been deleted / deactivated by Income Tax Department and is under examination at ITD.
