Delay in income tax refund

Dear sirs

It is 6 months over from date of filing my returns PAN.NO. AAXPR8234N AY-10 WARD 6 (4) BANGALORE, I have approached the concerned officer to seek my refund, but he bluntly told me that it will take another year to process the refund. It seems that income tax officials have no concern on public grievance and they behave adamantly and rudely. I am now unemployed I have no other income source, please help at your end in getting back my refund as soon as possible.
