Non Receipt of Gas Cylinde

I am the consumer of M/s Parul Gas Service, Sant Nagar, Burari, Delhi-110084 and my consumer no is 31378 in the name of Govind Kumar Mishra.

I had booked my cylinder on Dt. 15/02 and the waiting no. is giving to me as 241 through tomogas.com. But it is unfortunate I still awaiting for the delivery of the gas whereas it has already 23 days passed since then.
