Not supply of cyliner in timely

Respected Sir,

I have booked cylinder on 7th Feb' 2011 against customer No. 21468 but cyliner not delivered till date. In this regard again i remind on 15th Feb' 2011 but again not delivered till date.

please check the matter and instruct to concern dealing hand to supply immediately.
