Delay in passport & showing wrong status

I Preeti Tiwari, a govt. emplayee applied for passport. Dated- 13/2 with all of mine documents completed and verified. My passport's status was showing to meet PRO. I met PRO on 24/2 and was told that everything is okay and I will receive the passport within a week. Today is 8/3 but still I have not received my passport!
