Delay in Issue of Passport

Respected Sir,

I have applied for passport through Chittoor Passport Receipt cell on 7th March and Police Verification have been finished on 18-03. From that day onwards, whenever I check my status through online it showing message like "It is to regret that due to unavoidable circumstances the despatch of Passport has been delayed and will now be despatched in a week's time".

Now I want my passport as quick as possible, could you please look into this issue and do needful.
