Dear Sir,

I have applied for passport on 24-Nov. I have been waiting for more than 5 months. Till police verification is not happened. I have checked my application status (App NO - PNEI24470210) on internet but it is showing "File reference number is either wrong or Information not available"

Please help me. How should I get my application status
