Respected Sir,
My University dispatched some very important documents for my admission to higher studies in US on March 23rd with Registered post no: 385, but till date it has not reached its destination in US and there is no way it seems I can track the registration number.
Its been a month and there is no information on the documents, my deadline has already passed. Now no one knows where those docs are and University also doesnt take the responsibilty of those docs.
This is highly unreasonable on part of Indian Postal Service. No one can expect the reliable delivery of their goods.
On Indian Postal website, there is no information and I doubt that someone will really read this complain also and will react.
