Still not recieving of registry

Dear Sir,

A registry has sent from Brahmapur, st-Orissa, India To Alahli Hospital, khamis Mushayat, KSA, PO Box no. 77 on date 14/07. The registry no. is&

B RR300152565IN. It has already 17 days completed but still i have not get that. That is very important and also urgent.
