Hello,

My Name is Sanjoy Adak. I have sent one parcel from Tokyo by Japan post on 14/12 but still I yet to receive the parcel address to my father in laws house. On enquiry the parcel has arrived in Kolkata Inward office of exchange on 25/02 and Kolkata custome department cleared the parcel on 26/02 and sent to Local post office. The enquiry details as below.

a) Parcel booked @ Japan - 25/12 vide no - CD023390661JP

b) Parcel arrived @ Kolkata post office dealing foreign goods clearing office 25/02 and after custom clearing on 26/02 sent Kolkata RMS vide no - C-70324

c) Kolkata RMS cleared the parcel on 1/03 and sent to Baruipure post office vide no - SCH No. 71

After that from 5 March onwards I'm trying to get proper information from postal service but always failed get the satisfactory answer from them.

We made a written complain to Chief PMG Kolkarta Region, Mr. Goutam Bhattacharrya, he forwarded this case to Mr. A.B Roy (Asst. director Postal service) but I did not get any satisfactory and hopeful answer from them till date.

More over I have been repeatedly refused by Mr. T.K. Banerjee (P.A to PMG) to get the proper information about my parcel and the present situation.

So I would like to put case on the same matter and get my parcel as earliest.
