Not able to track registered post

Hi,

I had sent important documents through registered post with no. RL A 1196 from Bangalore to Hubli on 30/12.

I have neither received acknowledgment neither aware if the documents have reached the destination. Also, there is no provision to track the registered posts. We can see around 50-60 complaints regarding the same and it shows that there are many people facing these problems.

Please look into the same and do the needful.
