Non-delivery of eMO

I have sent an eMO (vide PNR No.113688120502002613 dated 02/05 for Rs.500/-) to my mother (Smt. Bhawani Amma, Moonnupurackal Kizhakkethil, Kuratticad, Mannar PO, Alapuzha, Kerala PIN 689622). Till date it has not delivered. Please look into it and do the needful to deliver the eMO at the earlier.
