Hi... i have send a summon of court through Indian Post R.P.A.D. on 06/09 addressing to one Mr. Shamsuddin Ansari mentioning sender name as 6th Court Metropolitan Magistrate, Mazgaon, Mumbai - 400 010. My query is that till today said court is not receive the acknowledgment card confirming the service... its a court summon... ple help me
