Indian Speed Post
Speed post not delivered

I have sent a speed post of IIT JEE 2010 application form to Guwahati on 2nd December. But it has not reached the office till today i.e. 13th January.

Speed post doc no.: SPES040265920IN . DT: 02/12.

This is very important document. Kindly help.

I have tried through phone as well as speed post tracking centre but no response.
