Status of speed post not updated

Dear Sir,

i have booked a speed post number ET 079184691IN at INS Rajali Arakkonam (Tamilnadu) on 17 Oct bound to New Delhi. But status of the same is not available on speed post tracking site after 19 Oct 11. Pls look in to this because that is quiet urgent and such services should not take so many days for delivery.
