Courier sent to U.S.A on Nov 1st 2010 not yet delivered

I have sent a courier to my sister who lives in U.S.A (Tomahawk Ridge Dr, Midlothain, VA, 23112) on Nov 1st. This courier is very important for me. I used India Post service to deliver this courier. I am said that the courier will be delivered in a 7-10 days and charged with 153.00 RS. Till today, courier is not yet delivered.

Please help me in this.
