Respected Sir/Madam!
Sir! I have ordered an Important Book for my Studies on 1st May through an Online Shopping Website and in response they booked the Parcel of Book in India Post EMS from Pune on 10-05 with Tracking Number EM344764416IN. I havent recieved the Parcel until today.
I Went to Local Post office and gave a written complaint and also i Called Pune EMS office so many times. But unfortunately i havent got any response and i am still suffering loosing the article. Strangely i was questioned silly like did they sent the parcel really etc... I am totally hopeless with the Service provided by EMS with lots of request.
Sir Please look into my issue as i ready to go legally and i am already in process of filing case with local consumer court.. Please guide me further...
