Non receipt of ticket cancellation amount

I have cancelled e-tickets on 27/02. as follows;

PNR NO. 2661391801 Tr. ID 0460977922 from H. Nizamuddind to Nagda.

PNR NO. 8422572556 Tr ID 0460984886 from Nagda to H. Nizamuddin.

The refund amount has not been credited to my bank account till date.
