I am Harish Gamta resident of 174, 18-A Street No. 10, Near Idgah main gate, Bhola Nath Nath Nagar, Shahdara, Delhi-32.
Our problem is that there is a new factory opened in front of our house (Address: 61/1A Ground Floor, Parking Area, Bhola Nath Nagar, Shahdara) of iron die making unit with heavy machines. Now I want to know that who has given the factory owner (Shamshaad) the license of opening this unit in a residential area. This factory is making very much noise pollution resulting in lots of problems to whole area.
We have also lodged an application in police station (Farsh Bazaar), copy to SDM Vivek Vihar Police Station, copy to Pollution Control Board Parivesh Bhavan, regarding this of which we are also having a copy of it.
Please help us in closing this unit as soon as possible & take the necessary action against the owner so that no factory can be opened in residential area in future too.
