ISF parcel
Parcel has not reached to the deliverd address

I had sent a parcel from uk on the 08.01. to india adress: TANWAR NAGAR FLAT 401_ 403, DISRIC THANE MUMBAI INDIA, PINCODE 400612.

And the parcel reference number is: RJ695745785GB

The parcel has been indelivered in maumbaion since 19.01.20011 but has not reached my reletives address what is the reason for not delivering the parcel if it has gone to mumbai india, this is my complaint and i want my parcel delivered in good condition as i had posted it.
