Dear People,
We the members of Pearl Co-op Hsg soc ltd. located at Parel East, Would like to bring to your notice the continuous trouble and threat faced by members of the Society in its fights against the illegal activities carried in the name of Janta Tea House.
The above said shop has NO License to carry on any food related business. The shop has only a Tea stall license and no other licence as mentioned by the BMC f/south ward. The said shops continues to sell everything else till 1.30 am almost every night thus attracting a lot of anti social elements and causing a huge nuisance to Sr. Citizens, Women Children and Members of the society.
Even after repeated complain to the Bhoiwada police station No Action has been taken. We have also submitted to the Police Station a copy of the health officer from the BMC which mentions a Tea House, but there seems to be No Action taken against his running the shop till late. The officers of the BMC ward F/South have not been sharing the right info thus misleading and delaying and twisting the right information.
Some of the complain No. being Complain no. C00281051. And C00281060 at 11.50 am on 16th March and complain no. 1389 at 12.15 am.
We would like to know what it would take for the Society and Its Members, Sr. Citizens, Children (exam going on) and women to have a peace night sleep which has been disturbed by this tea stall running its business post its operating time Daily.
Can someone please help with official timing of running a tea stall as per the BMC guidelines.
The Owners of this shop will make Money and sleep during the day, but we the Members of the society and the public at general will have to suffer due to this illegal eatery.
We request your intervention in this matter and strict action be taken against those supporting these illegal shops.
