Dear concern,

I have applied for a passport on 22-09.but not yet received it. Current status is "Application has been transferred to policy section, Please See the PRO ", what is this PRO.My Application Number is A066225 in patna, my reference no. is PAT-A066225-10.What happen to my passport? Please help me.
