JVVNL, BHIWADI
HEAVY VOLTAGE FLUCTUATION

Sir,

I have complained through phone to AEn, JVVNL, Bhiwadi, Dist-Alwar, (Raj) several times, regarding continuous voltage fluctuation at my home add 6/141, UIT, Bhiwadi.

Till date no one has come to see the said problem, moreover the neghbours have brought the field men of jvvnl office day before yeasterday and they have also loosen the cable from pole due to which there was no light last night.

So, is it the right justice the deppt is giving to a customer?

If the complaint to directly AEn can not be heared, shall we think that the lower staff will give proper response?

Please do the needful at the earliest, that much I can only request.
