Registered Parcel not delivered

Sir,

I had sent a registered parcel to MANCHESTER, U.K to my daughter on 8th November. It is exactly 28 days. today and there is no trail of it. I had been assured that it will be delivered within 10-12 days.

The slip given to me reads: fon-AIR-RP A CC45398864XIN, Its wt nearly 4300kg. I would be grateful if some immediate action is taken to trace the parcel and if it reaches the hands of my daughter as soon as possible.

Will it be returned to me, if its undelivered?
