I had sent a parcel (parcel number:- 70143287) to my cousin in kolkata on 18/9 from jaipur using khubani Courier. The parcel has not been sent till and when enquired i got to know that my parcel has not been lost, actually the officials of the kolkata branch have it and they are saying that our delivery boy has stolen it and when i asked them to lodge a FIR against that delivery boy, there answer was that we dont have any information about him.how can it be possible that u hire someone without his biodata. THE COMPANY TOTALLY CONSISTS OF THIEFS AS ITS STAFF.there behaivior is also very rude.
after 15 to 20 days when i contacted the jaipur branch regarding the parcel's compensation, they said that its not our fault u should have insured ur parcel before sending it, and without insurance we wont repay u.they are also not lodging the FIR.from the past 2 years my firm is working with this particular courier agency, they have never told us for insurance of our parcel and now when its time for compensation they are neglecting our complain.
i want my parcel back at any cost.and i want some actions to be taken against the khubani courier raisar plaza indira bazaar for their negligence and rude behaviour.
