Passport application status not updated

Hello Sir,

I have applied passport for my wife on June 8 but my application is not yet take or updated in the wensite

as of today web site has updated till August 2, FYI I have applied via agent, Please help me How long it will take and Is there anything i have to do it.

In general how long it will take, I also have to apply passport for my baby once its done, For minors how long it will take to get passport.
