Dear Sir,
I have applied for passport on 22nd November Name: Lakshmi Vudutha. From 17th February, the status in computer shows that 'It is to regret that due to unavoidable circumstances the despatch of Passport has been delayed and will now be despatched in a week's time' . The same message is repeating from last three months.
Today I consulted the Enquiry Counter at Regional Passport Office, Hyderabad for actual status of my Passport Application. They have informed me that the Passport Number viz. J 4298990 have already allotted on 28th March, but they did not allow me to visit the concern Officials to know the reason for not dispatching the Passport from last three months.
I, therefore, request you to kindly look into the matter so that my passport dispatched early as I need it urgently.
