Not received the lette

I posted one letter on 30-11 on Mallaswaram post office. The address is given bellow: Sebin Johny, Panthaplackal (H), Neendunoki, Kottiyoor (po), Kannur (dt), Kerela. mob: 04902430329. But after 10 days the letter not yet receivd. Please help me for getting this letter as my importent document i enclosed in the cover.
