I have applied for my and my family members passport around 4 months back, but when i m checking my online status it shows that your police report have not been submitted, but when i have enquired about the police reports in my city offfice (concerned), they are saying the reports have been already recieved by Lko passport office. then why it's not showing the correct status online, secondally i have to go out of country in the beginnning of nex month (jan), but before that there is visa need be prepare, but when i am not getting my passport on time, then how can i move ahead. i have tried the lucknow office phone no which is mentioned on their website i.e. 05222305130, but no body bothers to pick the call. Is this the legal system we are taking about to faith on.. sir/madam, plz tell us what to do, we are literally very much fed up.
