Dear Sir,
One number of consigment was booked from Korba to Ahmedabad on 23.12.10. Till date the courier has not been delivered. On enquiry to booking office, the incharge is misbehaving and giving no response. Even Head office of Madhur Courier were intimated but they only escalated the issue asking to confirm from booking office. Please help, since we are suffering because of non delivery of important consignment.
