Important Document Not Delivered

Hi,

My father sent me an important document from Raipur (C.G) which is deleivered at thane branch on 03/10.

But it is nto delivered to me till now..today is 10/10.

On inquiry/call, no one is replying.

This is happening 3rd time.

Please take an some necessary action on madhur Courier.
