Not Received my Certificate

Dear Sir,

I have completed my MPHIL under Madurai Kamaraj University as distance basis. The University has sent My Migration Certificate through Registered Post (R.L. No. 5472).

The Post master has redirected that Letter to my work address (since i am in out station) on 11th august.

Still i didn't recieve my Letter/Certificate. So, I request you to please intervene about the status of my Letter/Certificate.
