I am pravin agrawal and i have submitted my reissue form on 23/08 and the file number is RPRB0012610.that the time of submission they told me all the formalities is ok and submitted my form (after going four times to office).now when i today called they told me it will take 4 days more and after when i told them that i will complain of them they called me after 1 hour and told me that a formality anexture I, you have not given.i mean what the hell now i comes the due date and they are telling me you have left one formality.i have an program upcoming and if they will now delay the delivery of my passport my program will be cancelled.please help me .the contact number is 0771-2263921.i know if i would have submitted the application through agent it would have come till now as agent would have give bribes to officers..i am now ready to give extra money also but please do something..
