Non dellivery of Parcel

We had courier our parcel on monday from Rajkot on 10.10.2011 and it was promised that it will reach bhilai (Chhatisgarh) by thursday i.e. on 13.10.2011. But the courier was undelivered and the courier service and are not giving response and behaving rudely.
