I am Kamal Akhtar a resident of Zakir Nagar Okhla, New Delhi-110025. I live in street no.22. The backside of the street is in a flooded situation. The sewer line is choked and there is filth every where. There is every chance of dengue and malaria spreading out. Despite many complaints, nothing has worked out so far.
